Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with industry disruptors and academic institutions
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members for approval and resource allocation
- Monitor emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking and experimentation
- Measure and report on KPIs for innovation ROI and market disruption success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology planning, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
