- Translate future trends into actionable business opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite on exponential growth initiatives
- Develop patentable solutions for unsolved industry challenges
- Drive culture of innovation through workshops and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging technology leadership
- Expertise in at least two exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Strong financial modeling for innovation portfolio management
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies for innovation
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
