Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate-positive tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential acquisition/partnerships
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen human-machine interaction systems
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Curate and lead the annual 'Future Forward' innovation summit
- Drive implementation of UN Sustainable Development Goals through tech solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with 2020+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Portfolio showcasing future-oriented projects or published foresight research
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
