Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum computing applications for climate modeling
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5+ year market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA research divisions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget for futuristic prototype development
- Author thought leadership pieces on AI ethics and sustainable tech
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 10+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published author or speaker at Davos/TED Global conferences
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python/R preferred)
