Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Design sustainable business models for the post-2025 digital economy
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives at industry conferences
- Manage a portfolio of 3-5 flagship innovation projects with $2M+ budgets
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with demonstrated experience in future forecasting
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Published thought leadership in industry journals
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Certification in Futures or Innovation Management preferred
