What you'll achieve:

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI ethics) for commercial viability
- Facilitate design thinking workshops with global R&D teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Lead pilot programs for next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to commercial markets
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI governance, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning skills
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successfully implemented innovation strategies
