Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging tech sectors (AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with global impact
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Drive commercialization of 2026-viable technologies through agile development cycles
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future tech landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum applications, or biotech convergence
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or corporate partnerships
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Future Studies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Fluency in future-proofing methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
