Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess their strategic implications for 2026
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and validation of future-facing solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term technology roadmaps
- Research and synthesize global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and market disruptors
- Design scalable methodologies for rapid experimentation and iteration of new concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external partners
- Mentor junior innovators in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and long-term forecasting methodologies
- Strong communication skills with executive presence and storytelling capabilities
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic innovation projects or thought leadership
