Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across technology, sustainability, and social impact domains
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-focused solutions with stakeholders
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive leadership
- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with $2M+ annual innovation budget
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies preferred
- Expertise in emerging tech: Generative AI, Web3, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
