- Conduct horizon-scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, energy)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI and sustainability KPIs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, climate tech)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting products/services
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futures Studies
