Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitor innovation landscapes and regulatory shifts
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven ability to translate complex trends into business strategies
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or innovation frameworks
