Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with quantum/AI convergence trends
- Lead cross-functional squads to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum-encrypted AI systems
- Identify emerging tech disruption vectors through market analysis and academic partnerships
- Secure strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and AI research institutions
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling investor narratives and product roadmaps
- Drive sustainable innovation initiatives targeting carbon-negative technology by 2026
- Mentor talent in future-proofing methodologies and speculative design thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products with $10M+ impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic architectures
- Exceptional command of speculative design frameworks and scenario planning
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 disruptive innovations in production
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit)
