Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping exponential technologies with venture capital backing
- Conduct horizon-scanning research using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present disruptive innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive patent development for emerging tech in sustainable computing and neural interfaces
- Mentor junior futurists in systems thinking and technological forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Proven track record in launching exponential technologies with $10M+ impact
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and diffusion theory
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or equivalent professional designation
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact analysis)
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and technological discontinuities
- Portfolio of published foresight research or white papers
