Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record launching technologies with 5+ year commercialization cycles
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and ethical tech development
- Deep understanding of semiconductor and quantum computing supply chains
- Successful grant writing for DARPA/EU Horizon programs
