Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across vertical markets
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design and execute proof-of-concept projects for emerging tech paradigms
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate strategy
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and ecosystem impact
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in emerging tech domains
- Deep expertise in at least two of: Quantum Computing, AGI, Bio-Digital Convergence, or Neurotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS) or Innovation Management
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
