Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum and AI integration
- Lead cross-continental teams developing 2026 patent portfolios
- Partner with C-suite to align R&D with ESG 2026 targets
- Drive adoption of blockchain supply chain solutions for Fortune clients
- Present strategic frameworks at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
- Mentor junior futurists in our Future Leaders Academy
- Manage $5M annual innovation grant portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation or consulting
- Proven track record leading quantum/AI initiatives
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Future of Work journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering
- Certification in Emerging Technology Futures (e.g., IEEE Foresight)
- Experience scaling solutions from prototype to enterprise deployment
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for global partnerships
