Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biotech fusion, carbon capture)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling sustainable tech solutions
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive trends and regulatory shifts
- Design ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiosis in industrial applications
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience with futures forecasting tools (scenario planning, Delphi method)
- Strong portfolio of deployed innovations with measurable impact
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
