Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology initiatives including AI integration, sustainable tech, and digital transformation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs and implementation timelines
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to prototype and validate future concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and forward-thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, IXL Center) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation in fast-paced tech environments
