- Lead cross-functional teams of 25+ specialists across 5 global R&D centers
- Secure $50M+ in strategic partnerships with government agencies and Fortune 100 firms
- Drive innovation sprints using agile methodologies with bi-weekly breakthrough milestones
- Present quarterly progress to the board and venture capital stakeholders
- Oversee IP portfolio development with target of 15+ patents filed annually
- Maintain compliance with emerging international tech governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years managing $10M+ budgets
- PhD or equivalent in AI, Robotics, or Computational Science from Tier 1 institution
- Proven track record delivering 3+ industry-defining products
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic chips, and carbon-negative computing
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain within 60 days
