Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing error-corrected quantum algorithms with 99.9% fidelity
- Architect scalable neural networks operating on quantum processors
- Develop proprietary quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence times for AI workloads
- Pioneer new applications in quantum neural networks for drug discovery and climate modeling
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum machine learning
- Advanced proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science)
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and classical AI optimization
