Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid architectures for 2026-scale applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen neural networks
- Develop predictive models for climate and healthcare using quantum-enhanced ML
- Secure $2M+ in research grants through NIH/NSF partnerships
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum algorithm optimization
- Collaborate with SpaceX on autonomous trajectory planning systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Computational Physics (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithm development
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or D-Wave quantum frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Experience with AWS Braket or Azure Quantum cloud platforms
- Deep knowledge of tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
