Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or AI with 5+ years research leadership

- Expertise in IBM Quantum Experience and Google Cirq frameworks
- Proven track record securing $3M+ in government research grants
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
