Responsibilities

- Translate theoretical quantum computing principles into scalable production-ready systems
- Author whitepapers and patents for novel quantum algorithmic methodologies
- Advocate quantum computing standards through industry consortium participation
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum complexity theory and algorithm development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design (QAOA, VQE, Shor's variants)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing conferences (QIP, IEEE QCE)
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryptographic primitives (post-quantum cryptography)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business solutions
