Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for 2026 security standards
- Develop hybrid AI-quantum algorithms for exponential computational acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Research and validate emerging quantum phenomena for commercial applications
- Architect scalable quantum networks supporting distributed computing ecosystems
- Collaborate with government and industry partners on quantum standards development
- Present quantum innovation roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum-resistant cryptography
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
- Deep understanding of NIS2 quantum security frameworks
- Proven track record of translating quantum theory into production systems
