Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures optimized for 2026-era applications
- Develop error-correction protocols achieving fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise solutions
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical and materials science applications
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and cross-functional innovation teams
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, topological, etc.)
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction algorithms
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
- Experience developing hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks
- Track record of translating quantum theory into commercial applications
- Strong background in cryptography and quantum-resistant security protocols
