Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise-scale deployments
- Lead R&D initiatives for fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at 300+ qubits
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications
- Develop zero-knowledge proof systems for decentralized quantum networks
- Mentor a team of quantum engineers and cross-functional innovators
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary quantum error correction algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on quantum computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Proficiency in quantum machine learning algorithms and tensor networks
- Deep understanding of Shor's algorithm, Grover's search, and quantum supremacy
- Track record of leading quantum computing projects with measurable impact
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM, Rigetti, D-Wave)
