Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems in finance, logistics, and pharmaceuticals
- Lead quantum circuit optimization and qubit coherence enhancement initiatives
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype next-generation quantum processors
- Present quantum computing breakthroughs at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory and practical implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing architectures
