Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction frameworks enabling fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Model quantum algorithms for optimization and cryptography applications
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum supremacy validation
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum materials research
- Document architectural blueprints and patent novel quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Experience leading technical teams in high-stakes R&D environments
