Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with <1% logical error rates for 2026 deployment targets
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical optimization frameworks for logistics and drug discovery
- Create quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for post-quantum security infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software co-design
- Establish quantum benchmarking methodologies for industrial applications
- File 3+ patents annually in quantum computing innovations
- Mentor quantum engineers in cutting-edge error correction techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC codes)
- Deep understanding of superconducting qubit systems and cryogenic engineering
- Experience with quantum machine learning algorithms (QNN, VQE)
- Track record of leading quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Certification in quantum security protocols (NIST Post-Quantum Standardization)
