Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures targeting 1000+ logical qubits by 2026
- Develop quantum error correction codes achieving fault-tolerance thresholds
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization and simulation applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography transitions
- Pioneer quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/Physical Review X)
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and compiler design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
