Responsibilities

- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing infrastructure with 100+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum-classical hybrid computing environments
- Develop real-time error correction protocols for industrial quantum processors
- Drive research initiatives in topological quantum computing methodologies
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum communication protocols
- Collaborate with NASA and DARPA on space-based quantum networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum gate modeling and error correction
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in Nature or Science on quantum computing breakthroughs
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
