Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error mitigation protocols
- Create integration frameworks for quantum accelerators with classical HPC systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Establish security protocols for quantum-encrypted communications
- Document infrastructure blueprints and performance benchmarks
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum algorithm optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Experience with HPC integration and high-performance networking
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography principles
- Published research in quantum hardware or software
