Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for 2026-era infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing distributed quantum communication protocols
- Architect secure hybrid cloud architectures supporting post-quantum computing workloads
- Develop predictive models for quantum threat evolution and mitigation strategies
- Establish governance frameworks for quantum-safe data sovereignty across international operations
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant hardware acceleration
- Mentor emerging quantum engineers through our NextGen Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cryptography, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years designing production-grade cryptographic systems or quantum infrastructure
- Expertise in NIST post-quantum cryptography standards and lattice-based cryptography
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in quantum-resistant algorithms or distributed quantum systems
- Experience leading international security compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, NIST CSF)
- Strong background in zero-trust architectures and hybrid cloud deployment models
