Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement post-quantum cryptography (PQC) strategies and quantum-resistant data protection protocols.
- Legacy Migration: Lead the assessment and migration of existing cryptographic assets to 2026-ready standards.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research labs to evaluate emerging quantum algorithms and hardware capabilities.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all systems adhere to NIST, ISO, and emerging global quantum readiness standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of security engineers and architects in advanced threat modeling.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, or cryptography.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of public-key cryptography, lattice-based cryptography, and hash-based signatures.
- Tools: Proficiency with Python, C++, and cloud security frameworks (AWS/Azure/AWS Nitro).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical transitions.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and prepare for technological shifts 3-5 years in advance.
