Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Experience with cross-functional leadership in tech, finance, or consumer goods sectors
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
