Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation projects spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Analyze global megatrends and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present strategic vision to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation pipeline development with 5+ year horizon planning
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams on future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in at least two of: AI, biotech, quantum computing, or clean energy
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP) preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
