Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across 15+ emerging domains including quantum computing, neurotech, and climate engineering
- Develop 2026 scenario roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead innovation sprints prototyping next-gen solutions with AI/ML integration
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and industry panels
- Curate Horizon Dynamics' annual 'Future State' thought leadership publication
- Mentor junior futurists through our proprietary Future-Ready framework
- Collaborate with R&D teams to patent breakthrough 2026-concept implementations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or megatrend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Cross-Impact)
- Proficiency with AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic concepts in enterprise environments
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
