Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 5-year roadmaps
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed foresight into development cycles
- Deliver executive-level briefings and whitepapers on future disruption opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for trend intelligence
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for tech-driven organizations
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
