Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic innovation frameworks across all business units
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead 'Future Scenario Planning' workshops with global stakeholders
- Architect sustainable technology roadmaps aligned with UN SDG 2030 targets
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI assessments
- Pioneer Horizon Dynamics' patent development program for next-gen solutions
- Mentor a 12-person innovation lab of PhD researchers and industry veterans
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (e.g., MIT Sloan, Harvard Business Review)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to market implementation
- Strong proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS or similar)
