Responsibilities

- Develop strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for future product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Partner with R&D to prototype emerging technology solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive market shifts
- Advise executive team on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity capture
- Build and manage a network of futurist influencers and academic partners
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, or climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Strong communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
