Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, societal shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026 landscape
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present executive-level briefings to C-suite stakeholders and industry panels
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging paradigms
- Design and implement foresight methodologies for organizational transformation
- Manage research partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing future roadmaps for complex organizations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
