Responsibilities

- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and strategic implications
- Champion a culture of innovation and future-oriented thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating future insights into business impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or space tech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic foresight projects
- Fluency in future mapping methodologies and trend analysis tools
