Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across global technology ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative/qualitative methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product innovation pipelines
- Author compelling vision documents and executive presentations that inspire organizational alignment
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks to accelerate innovation
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting long-term technology adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., GIS, Trendalyzer, Horizon Scanning software)
