Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026-2030 strategic foresight reports across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive opportunities
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging technological and societal shifts
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry experts
- Drive innovation sprints translating future trends into product roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis
- Portfolio of published strategic foresight work or scenario planning projects
