Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for disruptive technological and societal shifts
- Establish quantitative forecasting models using big data analytics and AI-driven methodologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into R&D pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author annual 'Future State' reports influencing $500M+ investment decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems)
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills using tools like Tableau/Power BI
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Published thought leadership on transformative trends (white papers, journals, conferences)
