Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future scenarios and disruption vectors
- Produce executive-grade trend reports and innovation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize future-focused R&D initiatives
- Represent company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Develop patentable methodologies for predictive trend analysis
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning
- Proven track record of publishing futurist research or whitepapers
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) preferred
