Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological, economic, and social paradigms
- Develop strategic frameworks to position Horizon Labs as a pioneer in emerging markets
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing innovations
- Present actionable foresight insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and thought leaders
- Author quarterly future-state briefs and strategic whitepapers
- Guide product roadmaps through 2026 lens and beyond
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends (books, journals, keynotes)
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
