Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation vectors
- Produce actionable intelligence reports on emerging technologies and socio-economic shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Drive organizational adoption of foresight methodologies across business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights into executive strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation publications
- Experience driving organizational change through strategic innovation programs
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic forecasting projects
