Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with 5+ year market vision
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive/board presentations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
