Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2035 horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and whitepapers for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, innovation hubs, and futurist networks
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and long-term resilience
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and external stakeholders
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with Delphi methodology, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
